About JSW Shoppe

A unique nationwide retail network, JSW Shoppe is a one stop shop catering to end-users and small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).There are over 400 JSW Shoppes across India, and we aim to have one in every district of India.

JSW Steel launched this novel initiative in December 2007 with the aim of bringing quality steel products closer to individual customers, especially in the rural markets. JSW Shoppe is aimed at increasing the market penetration and providing solutions to end use consumers. These Shoppes operate on a franchisee model, and are managed by channel partners.

About half of the JSW Shoppes are now located in semi-urban and rural areas and this percentage will increase as more outlets begin to open.

JSW Shoppes have helped buyers avail details about the products, brands, information on application areas as well as a bouquet of services including finance. Most JSW Shoppes also offer value-addition through their processing facilities.

The unique concept and its smooth implementation has grabbed attention across the globe. Harvard Business School has made this initiative, a case study that can help their students understand the intricacies of the distribution, sales and marketing process in India.
